Do you track inbound flights?
We track flights and their arrival times. Early or late we will be aware. Our drivers generally will stay in a terminal for up to 2 hours after touchdown. We build in a generous waiting time and parking costs to our airport and port pickup rates.Our driver will leave if we do not hear from you after 2 hours we will then charge for the transfer based on a no show. Understandably should you call for our driver to return after this time it will be treated as a new journey.Private aviation rates may vary based on advised arrival time.

How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal.Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it and will wait next to the information desk. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call us on [1300 724 756](tel:1300724756) from any telephone box at the airport and we will locate your driver for you.

What happens if the flight is delayed?
All flight arrival times are checked with the airline, should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) The driver will wait for you.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will wait for 60 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, customs or immigration and will make a 3 paging calls , only after all of these steps and if there is no sign of the passenger will the driver leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or the baggage area for more than one hour after arrival, please call our office to ensure your driver will wait,if for some reasons you cannot get in touch please call us when you are out and we will send another car for you.

How long is the trip between the airport? Melbourne CBD?
The total trip time between airport terminal & city location takes from 30 to 40 minutes from Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport & 60-80 minutes from Avalon Airport depending on time of day and traffic conditions also it might take longer if there is public transport strike or road works.

We do not use drivers who do not understand you or you them. For clients who require language specific drivers as well. Just ask us and we will try our best. As an example we have Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and other language speakers.

Do your drivers carry Mobile-phones?
Yes all our drivers carry mobile-phones. Passengers may have the use of these if required (a fee will be charged if the call exceed 2 minutes or if the call is international - $1.20 a minute for AU calls and $4.00 a minute for international calls.

Do you charge any credit card fees?
We do not ever charge our clients credit card fees.

Yes we offer Hourly / daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow a complete flexibility to your schedule.

What is your position on cancellation?
All cancellation to be notified to the booking centre by e-mail 24 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up. If the pick up is in Melbourne 4 hours prior to the pickup time is requested. (Sufficient time is required) or the cost of the journey will be charged.
For booking of more than one day hire we must have 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be kept. If you have a question that isn't answered here please contact us by mail or call for an immediate answer.
