year is full of fantastic sporting events, food, wine, fashion, comedy, music and film festivals.
Expand your mind by experiencing the latest live music and art exhibitions. The most livable
city in the world is the place to be.
Here is the lineup!
The Jayco Herald Sun Tours for Men and Women (30 January – 3 February) – The race
starts in Philip Island continuing to Wonthaggi, then to Churchill, Sale to Warragul, Cape
Schank to Arthurs Seat and finishing off in Melbourne (Visit Victoria 2019).
This intense tour has many supporters and is a great whole family activity. If you love cycling,
what more could you ask for? Hiring a chauffeur to make the journey up to Philip Island and
around to cheer sites is the convenient and affordable way to go.
Hire one of our luxury minivans to follow your participating family or friend(s) across Victoria.
iChauffeur covers day trips and will accommodate your travel to multiple locations at a
reasonable daily price.
Don’t waste time on public transport. You’ll need to spare extra hours for travel and waiting
time, then figure out how to get from station to location. Book a day trip with us to receive
the best value for your time and money.
You could take a Taxi or Uber. However, this will round up to a very expensive fee altogether
and a whole lot of hassle. Here are some things to consider:
• The trip rate from Melbourne to Philip Island and back will be over $200.
• You will then have to book multiple Ubers or Cabs to travel from one race site to
another… not a smart idea when you can take one car throughout.
• You will need to organise meeting points and drop off on the day, which can be
• Your driver may not know the exact location of the cheer sites.
A big event like the Herald Sun Tours will cause changes to the roads, meaning roadblocks and
detours. Our chauffeurs are always updated on traffic, roadwork and closures.
Driving your personal vehicle through detours and wasting precious hours finding a good park
is not a good start to attending any event where the action can pass in a manner of minutes. You want to save your energy by staying calm and relaxed.
Our Melbourne chauffeurs will get you to your destination on time for the action and will take
care of parking for you. In this situation, taking your own car is not worth it when you can
enjoy a trip in a first-class service that will do the research for you, dropping you off exactly
where you need to be.
